Asseco Broker
Asseco Broker is a platform dedicated to support the distribution of investment fund shares through the bank branches, Call/Contact Centers or e-banking services.
The system ensures uniform handling of the process of selling investment fund shares that can be offered numerous Mutual Fund Societies. The system is capable of cooperation with the following Transfer Agents:

Asseco Broker makes it possible to manage documents containing information on investment funds as well as any reference links to such information stored in the bank’s intranet resources.

Providing the bank’s employees with access to investment fund offerings and client transactions
- Presentation of detailed information on investment fund offerings
- Access to the present and historical valuations of investment funds
- Information on the client’s portfolio (valuation of positions held by participants and proxies, status and history of placed orders)
- Register of granted account authorizations and blocked positions
- Presentation of transaction and order statuses
Conducting transactions in investment fund shares
- Opening of a new position / first acquisition of fund shares
- Acquisition, redemption and conversion of fund shares
- Cancellation of orders
Investment fund handling by the bank’s employees
- Management of investment fund offerings
- Defining the distribution network and availability of investment products
- Configuring schedules for the exchange of data with Transfer Agents
